Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Weather Conditions: Outdoor and drone shoots may be rescheduled due to bad weather.
Property Readiness: The property should be clean and staged before the appointment. If extra time is needed on-site, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Time: Final deliverables will be provided within 3-5 business days after the shoot.
