DIRXECP is a Winnipeg-based video production company founded by Eric Curt Peters — creative director, cinematographer, and Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certified drone pilot. We produce cinematic content for commercial brands, festivals, music artists, real estate professionals, and organizations across Manitoba and Canada.

Where It Started
DIRXECP started the way most serious things do — with a genuine obsession.
Eric Peters picked up a camera and never really put it down. Over more than a decade of production work, that obsession grew into a full-scale production brand with 500+ completed projects, millions of views across platforms, and a reputation built on showing up prepared, thinking strategically, and delivering content that actually performs.
What started as music videos and local artist work expanded into commercial campaigns, corporate brand content, real estate media, and advanced drone operations. Along the way, Eric built Unreel Sessions — a cinematic live-performance platform for independent artists that has now produced content for 100+ musicians across Manitoba and beyond.
The work has taken DIRXECP from studios in Winnipeg to the stage of the Invictus Games 2025 in Vancouver — where Eric filmed Mattmac perform in front of 40,000 people, broadcast live on CTV and ESPN alongside Nelly Furtado. It's taken the team into remote northern communities in Kangiqsujuaq and Kangirsuk, helping Indigenous youth write and film their own music videos through Perseverance Week. And it's taken them inside some of Manitoba's biggest festivals — Frost, Together Again, Tacos & Tequila — delivering compliant drone and FPV coverage that most operators in Canada aren't certified to execute.
The throughline across all of it: human storytelling. Every project, regardless of budget or scope, is built around a real story told with intention.
