Payment Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your selected package is required to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

  • Payment plans are available upon request and must be confirmed in writing before the session date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session rate.

Usage Rights & Deliverables

  • By booking a session, you agree to allow Unreel Sessions to use select clips, photos, and content from your session for promotional purposes (unless requested otherwise in writing).

  • By submitting your track, you confirm that you own or have the rights to perform and distribute the song(s) you intend to record.

  • All final deliverables will be shared digitally via download links.

  • Additional edits or revisions beyond what's included in your package may be subject to extra fees.
