There’s something special about closing out a year inside a space filled with energy, anticipation, and thousands of shared moments. New Year’s Eve 2025 at Centennial Concert Hall for Champagne Supernova was exactly that — a night built on live music, movement, and momentum.
From the moment doors opened, the building transformed. A packed lobby, DJs setting the tone, live performances carrying through the hall, and a countdown energy that only New Year’s Eve can bring. Our role was simple in theory, but complex in execution: capture the experience as it unfolded, from the ground and from the air.

Capturing the Experience, Not Just the Event
Event videography isn’t just about recording what happens — it’s about translating atmosphere into visuals. For this project, our focus was on documenting:
The flow of guests moving through the space
The interaction between performers, DJs, and the crowd
The scale and architecture of Centennial Concert Hall
The emotion and anticipation leading into the countdown to 2026
Every shot was planned to reflect how the night felt, not just how it looked.

Drone Operations in a Live Event Environment
Flying drones in live event spaces requires more than technical skill — it requires planning, compliance, and trust. Indoor and event-based drone operations demand:
Detailed safety and risk assessments
Coordination with event organizers and venue staff
Clear flight paths and exclusion zones
Professional judgment on when not to fly
Our advanced drone experience allowed us to capture dynamic aerial perspectives while prioritizing safety, crowd awareness, and operational control. These shots helped elevate the final visuals, offering a sense of scale and movement that traditional cameras alone can’t achieve.
Collaboration Is Everything
Projects like this don’t happen in isolation. Nights like Champagne Supernova are the result of teams who understand how to turn a venue into a full experience — from production crews and performers to event organizers and venue staff.
Being able to work alongside teams who value professionalism, communication, and creative trust is what makes these projects successful. When everyone is aligned, the result is content that lives far beyond the night itself.

Looking Ahead
Closing out the year at Centennial Concert Hall was a reminder of why we do this work. Events are temporary — but the stories, visuals, and energy captured can last long after the lights come back on.
As we move into the new year, we’re looking forward to:
Larger-scale events
More ambitious productions
New venues and creative challenges
Continuing to push cinematic event coverage forward
If you’re planning an event and looking to document it with intention, clarity, and creativity — from handheld cinema cameras to advanced drone coverage — we’d love to be part of it.
Here’s to bigger moments, louder rooms, and more stories worth capturing.
